Altop industries has developed microprocessor-based portable digital manometer which can be used to measure either gauge or differential pressure in 0 to ± 5/15/30/100 psi range.The manometer units are available with advantages of being programmable in either bar, mmhg, ozin2, kg/cm2, psi, h2o, kpa, fth2o, hg, cmh2o or mbar using front keys. The portable digital manometer comes housed in abs plastic housing with 4-digit lcd display and works on 9 v battery. The manometers are suupplied with salient features such as ± 0.3% of fs accuracy; facility to hold data, record max/min pressures and has a backlight display. The company can provide the digital manometer with rs 232 interface along with software and cable optionally. The manometer has an advantage of light weight, weighing 150 gm and is an ideal substitute to conventional glass/plastic manometers. This digital manometers are an ideal calibration instrument applicable for calibration of differential pressure instruments like gauges/ switches/ transmitters.
