• Add to Inquiry Basket | Brightest valves & controls provides spring-loaded full lift safety relief valve in a variety of orifice. These safety relief valves provide relief from over-pressure condition automatically. They reliably and effectively ensure maximum discharge rates and protect expensive equipment from dangerous high pressure. The valves are knowledgeably designed and 100 per cent factory-tested with zero-defect and are manufactured under pressure rating of american standards. These safety relief valves conform to api 526 dimensions to meet with designs and installations in accordance with api 521. The blow down percentage and over pressure percentage [with respect to orifice size] is strictly controlled as per american standards. Different size of orifice is available for different discharge capacity. The safety boilers, steam services on unfired pressure vessels, accumulators, cleanness and distillers as well as on compressors, receivers, burners, dryers and others piping systems. Testing is carried out on pneumatic test bench for steam, air and gas applications and for liquid service; valves are tested on hydraulic test bench.
Technical specifications include: self-actuating, full lift type design; angle and straight discharge, open or closed bonnet, pressure rating of 150# x 150#, 300# x 300#, cast iron, carbon, steel, ss-304/316, ss-304 l/316l, gunmetal, etc, materials of construction; sizes available ½" x ¾" to 6" x 8"; and screwed, flanged end connections.
