The base is constructed heavy with coolant tank, which gives enough coolant for heaviest cut. The knee is made as heavy box type, & upper & lower movements loads are pressures through thrust bearing for easy movement. In the column, additional cross ribs are provided for more rigidity & all guide faces are ground. The working table construction is sturdy. Three t- slots are provided for job clamping angle adjustment up to 45 degree at each side. The working pressure of the table lead screw is take up pressure through thrust bearings. Two jack supports are provided for more rigidity. Hardening & grounding method processes the spindle. All screws are made from en-8 material & nuts are made from gunmetal. Propeller shafts are provided with needle roller bearings.
