| Suresales corporation supplies magnetic couplings manufactured by gerwah gmbh, developer and manufacturer of technically innovative top-quality drive elements. These magnetic couplings come as an ultimate solution for application problems posed by conventional mechanical couplings. These magnetic couplings offer advantages like no wear, overload protection through immediate interruption of magnetic flux; the torque of permanent-magnet synchronous couplings is transmitted contact-free by forced coupling of the permanent magnets; and force transmitted contact-free over defined distance between the magnet couples, penetrating all non-magnetic elements. Gerwah group of companies also offers synchronous clutches for pump and vacuum technology applications, where forces are transmitted through separation wall, making sealing dispensable. The connection is interrupted if operational torque exceeds and the coupling functions as an abrasion-free safety clutch. Rotational speed and disengagement period have no influence on function and service life of these magnetic couplings unlike other mechanical safety clutches. Gerwah synchronous coupling are available for max 1000 nm torques and clockwise-counter-clockwise-rotation for special applications. These magnetic couplings are available with 15 nm torque for clockwise rotation and 5 nm limited torque load for counter clockwise rotation. The company also offers abrasion-free hysteresis couplings in addition to permanent-magnet synchronous couplings for special applications. Hysteresis couplings supplied by the company do not require any energy input for functioning by combined magnets. The coupling disengages by sliding smoothly even if selected torque transmission is cut off abruptly.
