| Tan-v-tech manufactures aluminium drawn tube/rods/profiles/sections/profile rods/geometrical shapes/liner motion sections in close precision tolerance. The company supplies drawn aluminium profile rods to float pin manufacturers [for carburettors] in india. In drawn sections, tolerances are as close as ±.02 on both od and profile groove/guide, etc., which not only reduces the weight of section compare to extruded sections but gives superior finish also. By using these products many customers have reduced their machining time and scrap too. These sections can be supplied in excellent finish; also with close tolerance and no eccentricity and ovality as per specification of application. The production range is from 1.0 mm o.D. To 100.00 mm od and thickness ranging from 0.10 to 17.00 mm. The company can develop special sizes/profiles for above applications, according to drawing and critical requirement, so that proper cutting, chamfering, threading, and punching can be done [typical shaped tubes/sections in small cut length also available]; in different alloys as per critical applications [like 1050, 1070, 1100 f, 2012, 3100, 3103, 5052, 6061, 6063, 6351, 6082, etc.
