| Tan-v-tech aluminium supplies drawn aluminium telescopic tubes to many tents manufacturers. In drawn tube, tolerances are as close as +0.03 mm on both od and id, which not only reduce the weight of tube compare to extruded rods/tubes, but gives superior finish also. The production range is from 1.0 mm od to 100 mm od and thickness ranging from 0.10 to 17 mm. Special sections for tents, according to drawing and critical requirements can be developed, so that proper cutting, chamfering, threading, and flaring can be done [the company can supply typical shapes tube in small cut length also]. These pipes have special property of luster, which is a requirement for special coating. Aluminium drawn tubes in different alloys as per critical applications are also available [like 1050, 1070, 1100 f, 2012, 3100, 3103, 5052, 6061, 6063, 6351, 6082, etc].
