Jayanti elastomers manufactures fluorocarbon elastomer viton & silicon `o` ring. It is the brand of dupont. Jayanti elastomers offers viton rubber `o` rings from 2mm id to 600mm id from its 5000 single piece mould inventory. It also offers 2000 mm id `o` ring with its excellent workmanship in step moulding process. The `o` rings are introduced with accurate dimensions, invisible flash line, excellent finish, properly post, cured and are absolute defect free. Distinguishing features of viton & silicon `o` rings are described below:
Temp resistant up to 250 c
Excellent oil , chemical and solvent resistant at
Elevated temp [250 degree c]
Excellent compression set properties at 200-250 degree c
The `o` rings are weather , ageing and radiation resistant.
These are thermally stable.
Equipped with good mechanical properties.
