• Add to Inquiry Basket | Refricon is the distinguished manufacturer of heating and cooling equipments used as environmental testing machines and all the production and testing as per i.S standard. A humidity chamber is an ideal chamber/system which has some standard features:
Air-circulation system -1/20 hp capacity continuous rated 230 volts, single phase ac operated motor along with 12" dia fan has been provided for uniform temperature and humidity condition inside the chamber.
Heating system- low surface loading tube heaters having capacity 500 watts
Humidity system- low pressure moisture generator tank has been provided to generate the moisture and add humidity in the chamber.
Control panel and wiring - which incorporate all the indicating and monitoring instruments with control switches, mcb`s, contactors, indicating lamps etc. All the wiring will be done as per is color code with channel type wiring.
Safety protections provided are mcb`s for heaters, over temperature safety cut-off with audio visual alarm and low water level indication with audio visual alarm.
Water requirement- 30 liters /day dematerialized water during the humidity test
Optional features of the chamber are pid controller, inspector window with two pane glass, heater & lamp, port holes of 25 mm dia for specimen wiring, chamber on delay timer, specimen trays and electrical terminals through wall.
