The vertical chamber vacuum packaging machines comes with horizontally kept sealing jaw and vertical bag. The machine can be integrated with the conveyors on input and output side and also this model has a vacuum pump and drive motor housed in a separate unit located close to the chamber. Appropriate capacity for vacuum pump can be chosen for different production requirement as large and the small pumps can be used for large and small production requirement respectively reducing the suction time as well as minimizing investment. Vertical chamber vacuum packaging machine comes with salient features like flush up to 3 inert gases; gas level can be controlled by microprocessor independent power pack and vacuum chamber; operator settable vacuum and flush level; microprocessor based machine with 3 preset programmes; robust construction; pneumatically controlled sealing jaws; separate vacuum pump unit with integrated radiator cooling arrangement; vertical configuration for packing bulk items; compact vacuum chamber with less floor area requirement and easy slidable door.
