• Gear pair: helical design with ground profile and din class 5 accuracy. Uniform backlash. This ensures smooth, noiseless and accurate torque transmission.

• Through tensioning elements: these elements finished to 10 µ accuracy from special steel. Enable accurate & quick coupling and detachment of gears.

• Through taper seat: with the help of oil injection system where the pump generates pressure up to 3000 kg/cm2 this methods achieves shrink fitment suitable for optimum torque transmission, maintaining run out accuracy 10 µ
