The drilling machines are constructed with high quality fine grain cast iron and have heavy duty ribbing for achieving low vibrations. Some of the technical specifications of these radial drilling machines are lubricated gearbox in oil bath; hardened and precision ground cr-ni steel gears for smooth operation; adjustable arm height through an elevating screw and motor and hydraulic arm clamping; and 25 to 2000 rpm spindle speeds for model rd 50/1600 range in 16 steps. These samson-smtcl radial drilling machines can drill 50 mm diameter in steel and 60 mm in cast iron. These drilling machines are useful for tapping in m16 steel. The company also supplies the radial drilling machines in other models with 32 to 125 mm drilling capacities and 820 to 4, 000 mm drilling radius. |
