• Add to Inquiry Basket | Supermac industries manufactures ccv line for lv/ mv power cables. It includes specifications like: voltage range - 6 to 66kv; conduction cross-section - for cu, 16 to 800 mm2 and for al, 25 to 1000mm2; thickness inside semiconductor - 0.5-1.5 mm; xlpe insulation thickness - 3-12 mm; weight of cable - max. 8 kg/m; diameter of cable - 8-75 mm; line speed - 2-30 mpm; head type - triple head 35/75. It finds advantages such as tolerance - it has high tolerance of core layers due to excellent design and workman ship of triple extrution cross head and it`s capability to work with all three extruders at the same time; higher line speed - because of better control of heating and cooling system higher line speed can be attained with supermac ccv line; special screw design - the special screw design gives customer with the flexibility of running different type of material and also homogenous material all the time; accumulator design- the accumulator design given helps to control the line speed by removing the jerks and maintaining the tension at different line speeds; cure - the cable gets curing in the ccv tube either by nitrogen or by steam and there after the cooling is done in the water. Also, different tube length are designed according to customers requirement; head design - it is easy to maintain, dimentalling, assembling or cleaning and tool changing for different size cable due to the special head design; user-friendly -it is user friendly and simple to understand, also ensures safety. |
