| Minihyd hydraulics pvt ltd`s motor pump assembly usually consists of a 3-phase motor, tefc class b, which is coupled with a rotary mini pump. A l-bracket is tightened between the pump, adopter and the bell housing of the motor with the help of four screws for the mounting of the whole motor pump assembly. The motor is normally cooled with fan. It is joined with the pump by a star coupling making sure of no twisting, slackness and slippage of the two rotating shafts of pump and motor, respectively. The direction of rotation is specified on the unit. Adopter side of the pump and the face of bell housing of the motor are fittingly finished and consist of two threaded holes so that both the items are properly screwed from outside. Three holes are built in the base plate of l-bracket for mounting. An electrical terminal box is built on the side surface of the motor for electric main supply. Accessories like suction strainer, relief valve, flow control, in-line filter can be supplied on demand. The bell housing of the motor pump assembly is fitted with a threaded hole which can be connected by a tube to deposit back the extra oil of internal leakages into tank.
