Sparkman f series is specially designed for the forging industry and also to handle heavy moulds and dies of any size, shape and weight. Coordinate movement is given to the electrode, which is motorised in order to facilitate easy settings on the stationary die blocks. In addition, this stronger and more rugged machine has a higher mrr. Model f-25 is exclusively designed for small forging industries. Features include: motorised co- ordinate movement for easy setting over stationary die blocks: tank size - 800 x 500 x 400 mm; table size - 600 x 400 mm: long/cross travel - 300 x 200 mm; quill travel - 250 mm: max working current - 25 a; mrr graphite to steel - 180 cu.Mm/min, copper to steel - 140 cu.Mm/min; and tank and filter assembly consist of 1 pump and 6 filters. The controller: digital pulse generator for setting pulse duration; eprom input by crystal control oscillator; and mosfet insures reliable consistent sparking in low and high frequency operation. |
