The fibres are carded and needle stitched in this manufacturing process for good handling as well as good air entrapment for good thermal and acoustic properties. The company is a dealer of thermal insulation materials and manufacturer of hotdip g.I. Wire and hexagonal wirenetting. The other products provided by the company include wirenetting, building slabs kbs, rockwool mattress, rockwool slabs, rockwool pipe sections, rigid pipe section k 450, rigid pipe section k850, sollar shield, thermoforst premium eps insulation, ductliner kdl, laprock wired mats, laprock bonded slabs, laprock pipe sections and gujwool for all purpose insulation. Some of the applications in industrial sectors include thermal, acoustic insulation of equipments like boilers, chimney, vessels, railway coaches, furnaces, ovens and drying process equipments; thermal insulation of pipings in fertilisers, refineries, chemical/petrochemical plants, thermal power plants, gas-based power plants for hot & cold insulation; solar heating insulation; exhaust pipes for generator sets; cold insulation of ducts; air conditioning & refrigeration plants, refrigerators & cold storage; and storage tanks & vessels. The fiberwool blankets are also useful for thermal and acoustic insulation of high altitude shelters, mobile accommodations, cinema halls, auditoriums and commercial buildings, airport terminals, as well as for hot/chilled water lines in hotels, hospitals & buildings. These a.M.Industries are also useful for thermal insulation of ships and off-shore structures and for sound deadening of engine rooms and accommodation quarters.
