| Schunk manufactures hydraulic expansion tool holders which is the most universal tool holder of its kind based on state-of-the-art clamping technology for demanding precision machining. `tendo` brand tool is ideal to work with due to its precision, broad product line and its flexible all round application. These hydraulic expansion tool headers come with some outstanding features of the tool which include true running and repeat accuracy of less than 0.003 mm, outstanding vibration damping, rapid tool changing without peripheral equipment, flexible clamping range due to intermediate sleeves, exact length presetting, axial and radial.These hydraulic expansion tool headers can clamp all commercially types of shanks without intermediate sleeves.The variety of tool headers such as weldon, whistle notch are ideal to be used with minimum quality of lubricants [mql] and hsc machining. The clamping screw of these hydraulic expansion tool headers can be turned up to stop using on allen key. This way an uniformly acting hydraulic internal pressure is built up in the clamping system resulting in clamping the tools all around powerfully on the entire surface via an expansion sleeve.
