It is the most universal tool holder of its kind. It is based on clamping technology to demand precision machining. Tendo induces because of its precision, the broad line, and with its flexible all-round application. The outstanding advantages are: true running and repeat accuracy of less than 0.003 mm; outstanding vibration clamping; rapid tool changing without peripheral equipment; flexible clamping range as a result of intermediate sleeves; exact length pressing; axial and radial; precision-balanced as standard; all commercially available types of shanks are also able to clamp directly without intermediate sleeves, e.G., weldon, whistle-north; useful with minimum quantity of lubrication [mql] and hsc machining. |
