| Pali polymers manufactures model turcite t low friction slideway/wear plate/pads. These pads are modified bronze filled ptfe with inherent features like low co-efficient of friction, self-lubricating and high load bearing capacity. The low friction slideway/ wear plates/pads can withstand high working pressure and -210°c to +280°c working temperature and is not affected by chemical as well as weather/ moisture. These instruments are useful for application in machine tool guideways, wear rings as sliding contacts between metal to metal, as wear plates/pads, piston rod-bearings and for all sliding applications. The low friction slideway/ wear plate/ pads are supplied in 0.8 to 5 mm thickness and up to 300 mm width in tape form and length to suit a given requirement.
