| Western pu corporation offers a range of cast polyurethane products. The company has the capacity to handle a wide range of polyurethane material from 30 shore a to 85 shore d hardness; to cast component up to 200 kg with size of 1.5 x 1.5 x 4 m. Special formulations can be cast as per customer requirements. Polyurethane elastomers are high-performance materials with exceptional properties, making them useful in an increasingly wide range of applications. They are impressively versatile, varying from light and flexible, as soft as skin, to strong and rigid, as hard as bone with an infinite variety between. Tough, resilient materials, they can outperform steels and rubbers for abrasion resistance and can be moulded to any shape. The company offers pu oil seals and o-rings. These have applications in pneumatic and hydraulic equipments. Pu oil seals have the property of high abrasion resistance, high tear strength and oil resistance. It also offers oil seals made as per customers` requirements.
