| Summit engineering technology supplies digital torque analyzer from crane electronics ltd, uk. These torque analyzers are used extensively for monitoring joint conditions. The system consists of torquestar opta torque indicator and data collector used in conjunction with in line rotary torque transducers with/without angle measurement option. Auto shut off tools power,pneumatic and battery operated,pulse tools and torque wrenches can be attached to the transducer. The system will then download data and the following graphs will be available depending on the type of transducer used: torque vs. Time; torque vs. Angle [available only with rotary torque transducer with angle]; angle vs. Time [available only with rotary torque transducer with angle]; and rpm vs. Time. These graphs can then be transported to excel sheets and stored. Detailed statistical analysis will also be available in the form of average, range, standard deviation, cp, cpk, cm, cmk, etc.
