• Add to Inquiry Basket | Indo tech machines provides fully automatic double column bandsaw machine. It has high efficiency power transmission to saw through bonfiglioli-make helical gearbox. From constructional point of view it has double acting hydraulic cylinder for main vice and shuttle vice. It has state-of-the-art hydraulic blade tensioning. It offers hydro-mechanical sensor for sensing hard spots and control the feed within range. This machine provides infinitely variable feed control valve for setting the cutting rate. It has step pulley with v-belts. It provides automatic height adjustment for saw frame to save idle time. It also has friction type rotating and cleaning wire brush. Length setting is through standard scale [least count 1 mm] and stopper arrangement [digital siko meter with 0.1 mm least count, is also available as an optional accessory]. The machine comes with adjustable dovetail type heavy-duty movable blade guide. Specially designed fixed blade guide with internal coolant flow enables better cooling and lubrication of blade as well as improved life of carbide wear plates. Door mounted hydraulic power pack is provided for easy maintenance with a tank of 100 i. Electrical control panels are ergonomically designed. The other features include rubber bellows for column protection and automatic machine off in case of blade breakage.
