| Dalal engineering provides vibro finishing machines. Their state-of-the art designs find extensive use in the mass deburring and polishing of metal as well as plastic components. Standard machines with separation are straight walled machines generally used for deburring, polishing, descaling, etc. Spiratech machines with separation have curved bowls that allow larger batch loads of components and significantly reduce process times. These machines are also recommended for light and small components, which in standard machines, tend to float on the outer periphery of the bowl. Spirotech machines with 100 per cent separation have helical curved type bowls with media parts separation arrangement. The construction of the bowl is as such that it ensures each and every component is separated from the media. This avoids mix up of components from different batches. Vibro finishing machines find its applications in: bearing cages, rollers, keys. Screws, sintered components, etc.
