working principle
the fabric is transported from the machine chamber to the "surf boards" over a winch that is located low enough to avoid tension on the fabric rope. The fabric floats in a high liquor amount with low fabric-to-liquor speed to the end of the surfboard where the fabric is opened and plaited systematically to prevent knots and tangles.
