| Neon trading corporation offers zkl range of bearing greases for smooth, trouble free and more efficient operations. Whether it is installation, environment or maintenance - the only way to ensure smooth, trouble-free, high-efficiency bearing operation and extended bearing life - is to use the specially formulated range of bearing greases - from zkl. The aluminium complex grease, zkl hi-temp, is a lubricant suitable for all services. For that reason it contains elements that give the character of extreme pressure, as well as additives to avoid oxidation and rust, obtaining a grease with a very good stability and resistance to wash. Characteristics: high temperature resistance and aqua repellence. Chemical properties: aluminium complex soap - 8-10%; mineral oil viscosity - 200 est; ep additive - yes; antirust and antioxidant - yes; and adhesive - by request. Physical properties: work temperature range - -10ºc/240ºc; penetration astm d77 - 260/270; drop point - 230ºc minimum; colour - dark amber; texture - smooth, creamy; alkalinity - free; and nlgi grade - no. 2.
