Oriental machine tools offers vhu boring and facing heads manufactured in the czech republic. These boring heads are used for precision machining operations on coordinate drilling machines, horizontal and vertical boring machines, universal millers and on any other machine tool. The characteristics of these heads are as follows:
- adjustments of the slide in boring to an accuracy 0.001 mm related to diameter;
- automatic feed in facing operations;
- rapid traverse for return movement of the slide;
- automatic disengagement of feed drive-4 feed rates; and,
- simple operation and maintenance.
The boring heads are supplied along with accessories in attractive box packing. These are available with models like vhu 36, vhu 56, vhu 80, vhu 110, vhu 125 and vhu 160. Tapers of different types can also be offered along with vhu boring and facing heads.
