| Process and machines automation systems supplies arctic iec-104 gateway. It is a remote connectivity system. It enables the connection of iec-104 with iec-101 and can send event asynchronously as they arise. It is also used for efficient use of network resources and faster delivery of data, alarms and other events. There are several unique features of the device such as ethernet and gprs wireless network interface, secure communication with internal vpn and firewall, mobile operator independent static ip addressing with m2m gateway, self diagnostics for communication and the device; packet compression for slow-speed links; iec 60870-5-104 to iec 60870-5-101 communication gateway; local iec-101 polling of class-1 and class-2 events, internal heater and battery backup options, integrate existing devices to a modern control system with a field-proven product, and provides feeder automation, substation automation, utility automation and protection relays.
