| Pulsecho systems supplies ultrasonic thickness gauges, mp-200l and compu-t. Well-established non-destructive testing gauges for wall thickness measurement and lamination detection are indispensable in investigation, quality control and corrosion monitoring. Velocity measurement of the ultrasonic thickness gauges facilitates metallurgical studies like nodularity, graphite size and tensile strength of castings. Probes of 2.5 and 5 mhz and various contours [shapes] include all thickness gauge needs even at high temperatures. The mp-200l ultrasonic thickness gauge has a 0.01 mm resolution, 200 reading data logger and a printer port. The economical compu-t gauge with 0.1 mm resolution is excellent for corrosion monitoring. Both the gauges from pulsecho systems come with auto probe setting and direct entry of thickness/velocity for calibration thus eliminating the need of having samples of various materials. Tailor-made lcd display with legends and keyboard operation make these gauges very easy to use involving reliable and repeatable results.
