| Laxtronics has introduce product function and electrical safety test console, model etc-202. The equipment is useful for testing electrically operated home appliances, motors, transformers, and electrical subassemblies, during production and finished product testing. It is designed keeping in mind, faster product testing rate and reliable performance. It is possible to carry out all the routine electrical tests on each and every appliance produced using this equipment. Depending on the desired tests, manufacturer can test 400 to over 1000 units in an eight-hour shift. This high rate of product testing could be achieved as the operator and machine keep swapping the test station effectively utilising testing and handling time. Equipment is pc controlled. Test parameters are programmable. Test results are authentic and automatically logged on hard disc. Hard copy printout can be made available as and when required. This equipment is ideal choice for the manufacturer striving to achieve goal for zero product defect. The equipment can carry out earth continuity test, high voltage test, insulation resistance test, load test with power factor, leakage current and rpm test [when testing mixer grinders or motors]. All the test methods conform to bis standards. The unit is supplemented with a calibrator that simulates the type of device to be tested with known parameters and their values. This calibrator is portable and can be easily carried to test laboratory for verification and calibration. It is possible to customise the equipment to the required specifications and features to suit the product to be tested.
