Magal engineering co suppliesoffers double crank presses, tiebar system. , model sn2 is one of the model of these presses which is , manufactured by shieh yih machinery industry, taiwan. There are some general attachments are provided with these presses which include: hydraulic overload protector, electrical slide adjusting device, die height indicator, counter balances of slide, rotary cam limit switch, anti-repeat safety device, magnetic strokes counter, miss feed detector socket, pneumatic ejector, air outlet, electrical socket and maintenance tools. Optional attachments: power take-off shaft, pneumatic die cushion, photoelectric safety device, variable speed motor [inverter], quick die change device [qdc], preset counter, knockout device, and rubber mounts.
Various hardware features of these presses include :
- the new sn2 tbs series two point wide bed gap frame presses reduce angular deflection and increase die life between sharpening;
- the reinforce frame rigidity gets a less vibration low noise effect during stamping and improves the working surrounding;
- the solid heat treat alloy steel tie bars were affixed to the press via mating surface top and bottom adapter plates;
- they are keyed with [3] over sized round zero clearance locating pins at top and bottom of the tie bar mating surface;
- sn2 series presses equipped with the new tbs offer a two press in one design;
- with the tbs installed customers can treat the press as a small straight side for long run progressive die work.
