| Magal engineering, a bangalore-based company, provides a wide range of presses from shieh yih machinery industry co of taiwan. Cross shaft precision presses come in nine models with capacity ranging from 25 to 250 tonnes.These presses are constructed with fully stress-relieved steel with more rigid and minimum vibration. The longer-guide ram is equipped with air cylinder balancers that improve the dynamic accuracy of ram.The constructional feature of this type of shaft engineering presses are it has a combination type air friction clutch and brake that can move in single cycle and continuous running. Action is subtle and operation is safe. The revolving parts that are arranged inside the frame increase operator safety. The press accuracy coincides with cns 1st grade or better. The angular deflection between the slide and the bolster, under stamping load is reduced by 30 percent thus enhancing accuracy of production and prolonging die life. The height of the snc series press is lower than conventional presses. Salient features of the press are: easy ram adjusting device [snc 25-60]; digital die height indicator [snc 80-250]; long six face guide; manual grease lubricating system; electrical ram adjusting device; electrical control panel and operation panel; rotary cam limit switch and hydraulic overload protector. These presses are available with a host of general attachments and a few optional ones.
