| Shivang furnaces and ovens manufactures and offers a range of furnaces. The furnaces are generally available for the temperature range of 950 degree celsius to 1400 degree celsius. The furnance is available in almost any dimension from 0.5 m3 to 150 m3. These furnaces are available with vertical sliding or swing type. The hinge type door on one or both sides as per the customer requirement. Generally these furnaces are lined with specially designed heating chamber bricks, suitable to receive spirally shaped, helically wound heating elements, made out of suitably thick kanthal heating element alloy wire up to 1150 degree celsius. The heating chamber of the furnace is designed to achieve temperature higher than that, say up to 1400c, and is lined with specially designed refractory or ceramic fibre board specially designed to receive silicon carbide heating element rods.
