| Analyte automation manufactures wide range of products for applications in extrusion machinery. The company provides gfx4-termo 4-loop temperature controller with features of built in blower output and provision to connect ct input for heater current reading and heater brake alarm. This gfx4-termo 4-loop temperature controller is also available with salient features like two extra relays for cold start protection for the screw; performance and reduction in wiring as main advantage; panel size as other advantage; all the thermocouple, heater, blower and cts wiring get terminated near extruder and only one 4-core wire communication cable goes to main panel; and facilitates easy dismantling of machine after trial and re-commissioning it at customer`s place. The gfx4-termo 4-loop temperature controller comes with technical specifications like hardware-based controller having high control accuracy compared to other plc [software] based devices; and ± 0.5 percent accuracy for 24 zones on real working extruder, which is good as temperature control is the key for any extrusion machine. The other product of the company include melt pressure transducer and melt pressure controller 2500 to take input from 3 melt pressure transducers. The company also supplies gefran range `melt pressure transducer`. These melt pressure transducers and melt pressure controllers are useful for operation like control the main extruder ac drive to maintain pressure of melt before melt pump and also take care of screen change automation and pressure indication before die.
