| Analyte automation are the sole distributor in india of gefran, italy and are supplying latest gefran length/displacement measuring transducer based on magneto-restriction principle. This magneto-restrictive quality fe-ni material is used in the tube. The current pulse of these magneto restrictive transducers are generated along the tube that generate instantaneous circular magnetic field along it. The cursor of the gefran magnetorestrictive transducer contains magnet which is complementary magnetic field to the generated magnetic field.The interaction between these two magnetic fields create a torsion sound wave from the point of interaction of two fields.The sound wave runs at 2850 m/sec along the tube towards both ends and the inductive pick-up converts the passage of wave into an electrical echo pulse. The time between these two pluses of the magnetorestrictive transducer calculates the position of the cursor. These gefran magnetorestrictive transducers are available with advantages such as high accuracy and resolution; no mechanical contact and so no wear and tear and infinite operational life. This gefran transducers are of ip67 grade protection because of sealed tube. These magnetorestrictive transducers can be applied for cnc/nc machines, injection moulding machine, industrial robotics, hydraulic press, level measurement, etc.
