The cabinet of the machine is constructed out of 10 S W gauge sheet. Material duly painted to make it quite sturdy and durable. Cylinder Honing Machine gives a close dimensional accuracy and a perfect cross hatch pattern in the bores of engine cylinder body and sleeve. In this model conventional vitrified or abrasives are easily interchangeable linear movement from end to end is on linear bearings. Stroke speeds are variable and controllable. It is very easy to dial at any desired RPM and rate at any time while honing cradle of this machine can be indexed for precise alignment of inline and 60 degree or 90 degree V`S. The Cylinder Honing Machines are used mainly in servicing of automobiles.

The hone block is mounted on a sliding device to facilitate quick bore centering in a few seconds.
All the operations of the machines have been designed to be controlled in an easy way.
In case of taper in the bore at the upper & lower portion, the hone can be set at the particular level [inching]
The machine is DUCO painted to give it an excellent look.
This machine is completely noiseless in comparison with the hydraulic one.
The machine is box - type which avoids the wastage of cooling liquid.
Due to its free flowing honing head, it can be adjusted left-right / up-down in the cylinder, bore within seconds.
