Base and Column of this machine are of high grade casting and are accurately machined, hard and ground guideways for smooth travel of Boring head. The guideways, in turn, are protected by the coverage of quality Bellows. Gears and Shafts in the boring head housing of Vertical Fine Boring Machines are of alloy steel and are heat treated and finely ground to give backlash less movement of the slides.
