• Add to Inquiry Basket | Dynamic engineering co provides electromagnetic vibratory and bowl feeders manufactured by vaidehi international, for conveying materials at desired orientation, flow and feed. These feeders consist of an electromagnetic vibrator unit having a rigid base and light top disc connected to the flat springs. They vibrate at 3000 vibrations per minute. The trough fixed on the top of the vibrator units gets the required vibrations resulting in movement of the material. Speed controllers provided in the electronic control panel are used for controlling the movement of the material. The vibratory feeders have extensive use in steel plants, ores, mines, food, fertilisers, packaging, chemical, glass and other allied industries. Variable control and electromagnetic operation enable the vibratory feeders to handle almost all types of bulk material, like hot, damp, lumpy, dusty or abrasive. The vibratory feeders can be supplied for feed rate ranging from few grams to 100 tons per hour capacities or even more. These feeders are easy to install and operate. They are available both for base mounting and suspension mounting. Maintenance is negligible because of no moving parts, like eccentrics, bearing, gears, chains, etc, making the equipment most economical.
