The allen-bradley mp-series integrated linear stages utilise rockwell automation programming tools are suitable for almost all oems and machine builders and provide seamless integration with other parts of the control system. Linear stages come with mechanisms that support loads and provide linear actuation for successful linear functions movement on a range of machines. The company supplies these mp series integrated linear stages in both ballscrew and direct drive linear motor versions for choice options based on desired performance without worrying about internal technology. Some of the technical specifications of these mp series integrated linear stages include off-the-shelf stages to reduce added cost and complexity for oem; offer an improved performance level and easy use; uses rockwell software rslogix 5000 programming software and allen-bradley motion analyser servo system selection and optimisation software; and oems specify load and motion profile parameters to select appropriate linear stage and quickly configure motion control system to run the stage.
