| Rollmann trading company manufactures link ball series bearings from thk of japan, a leading manufacturer of lm systems technology. Each thk link ball is comprised of a high precision ball, a laden die-cast holder and a shank or yoke connected to the ball by a special welding method. Through a unique production process, the mirror surface of the steel bearings ball is copied unto the spherical surface of the holder for perfect contact between them, thereby achieving outstanding wear resistance and exceedingly smooth motion. A special, a high strength aluminium alloy newly developed exclusively for thk link balls, achieves a strength about double that of the common aluminium die-cast material. It is comparable to the high strength zinc alloy in strength and wear resistance.
