Models metacut sact 50/80 are designed to meet the exact demand of metallographers, offering cutting capacities of so mm or 80 mm round/square. The machine cut component automatically saves operator time and fatigue. Automation also helps reducing wheel breakage. Close chamber version ensures the operators safety and allows effective delivery of coolant on the job to produce completely burn-free and cool cut. Special lever design helps effortless cutting. Sturdy design, and heavy clamping device ensure vibration free operation minimising the wheel breakage. Specially designed effective throw of coolant plays important role in producing completely burn-free and cool & white cut. Sophisticated control panel associated with the machine takes care of motor safety in the worst conditions of single phasing and overloading. Emergency stop button, limit switch for door opening, bright glowing indicators, and evenly illuminated cutting chamber are some additional features of the control panel. Precision x-v slide withstands all the worst service conditions with fine abrasive particles and helps immensely in cutting small components, longitudinal slicing of thin shafts, taking parallel cuts. This also helps to position the exact cutting edge while cutting at critical cross section. Metacut models are supplied with large capacity coolant tank with easy cleaning facility. The tank is housed in the specially designed rigid stand that has various compartments for consumable/cut sections` storage. The company has developed special wheels with fine grit abrasives making it instrumental in offering high quality smooth cut as per variety of hardness.
