• Add to Inquiry Basket | Safex equipments provides electrically operated chain hoists from cub series. These chain hoists are available with salient features like compact, rugged for safety, reliability, and easy maintenance. The electric chain hoists provide a range of capacities, lifting height, suspension methods, etc. These chain hoists have precision hob cut spur gears lubricated with high viscosity and high temperature resistant grease and runs on anti-friction ball bearings. These gears are available with features of very silent and maximum running efficiency. The electric chain hoists come with technical specifications like dustproof cast housing; no further lubrication; motor with class-b insulation; ip55 enclosure; tefc hoist; the hoists conform to is325; s-3, 40 % cdf and squirrel cage ac brake. The electric chain hoists have ac electromagnetic `fail to safe` brake mounted on input shaft and forged steel hooks conforming to is: 3815 and tested as per indian dock regulation act. The electric chain hoists can operate on 110 v and heavy-duty pushbutton stations are designed for easy operation. The electric chain hoists comprise of a control panel consisting air break contactors, step down transformer and limit switch assembly housed in an airtight enclosure. The company supplies the electric chain hoists as tested with 25 % overload before dispatch. |
