Salient features the servo control models are: anti-patterning & patterning yarn; individual control on distance, thickness & length of slubs; count range 6`s to 80`s; any blend; precise repeatability; up to 200 slubs/minute; internal slub scanner for fault-free slub process & yarn; cascading of slubmotion possible. Output [slub specifications] for invk-0l and ssk-0l & 02: thickness - 1.5 to 8.0 of normal yarn count thickness [programmable]; distance approximately 3" to 20"etween consecutive slubs [programmable]; size length - minimum -1.2 x mfl [staple length] and maximum up to 3` [subject to yarn breakage by ballooning and traveller limitations]; patterning - both anti patterning and patterning features provided; repeat accuracy - within +_ 2%; pattern repeat - after about 1 million slubs [in the anti-patterning mode]. The slub production is possible with a completely random sequence or with repetitions, which can be set as per desired effect on the fabric. Consistency with accurate control of servo motor and setting of slub lengths and counts is according to the programme and real time computer control of the parameters of the yarn obtained.
