| Vishay components manufactures 1.2v power mosfets under the brand name vishay siliconix trenchfet. This power mosfet are useful for turn-`on` voltage into alignment with 1.2v to 1.3v operating voltages of digital ics for mobile electronics. The power mosfets devices can eliminate the need for an extra conversion stage in battery-operated systems with lower than 1.8v core voltage. The trenchfets power mosfets provides n-channel low 0.041 ohms `on`-resistance and low 0.095-ohm p-channel `on`-resistance at 1.2v gate drive.
