The polyproplylene film capacitors are made favorable for pfc in applications up to 1000v. Also, over-current capability up to three times the rated current and inrush capability up to 300 times the rated current make these the most durable and reliable pfc capacitors on the market. The outputs of the pfc capacitors is available from 5 kvar to 30 kvar [at 440v standard rating] at losses below 0.25w per kvar.
