• Add to Inquiry Basket | Despatch industries designs and manufactures a full line of tight tolerance, high performance industrial clean process ovens, furnaces, thermal shock and environmental chambers. The company designs 900e series chambers for high and low temperature simulation where high performance and close temperature tolerance are required. These series are designed as bench top models for continuous use with easy operation and maintenance. These chambers are applicable for small lot qualification testing, burn-in, life test, temperature cycling or research and development. Despatch ovens offer superior heating systems with temperature range is - 73º c to + 274º c and a warranty of five years. Nichrome wire resistance heaters which are located behind the conditioning plenum baffle provide easy access and avoid direct radiation into the workspace while heating the recirculated air in these chambers. An adjustable hi-limit and a non-adjustable/factory calibrated hi-limits are provided in frontal panel and in rear respectively. High precision microprocessor based digital ramp programmer provides profiling for ramping operation and includes four recipe files of up to 6 steps each. The 900e series is cooled by expendable refrigerant with either liquid nitrogen or liquid carbon dioxide. The environmental chambers come in three basic models of blank, port and window doors with a tray built into the door and ports provided with a rubber plug. Windows are multi-pane with desiccant material added to prevent internal condensation during low temperature operation. Computer interface allows networking for controlling multiple ovens. |
