| Premium vijimech offers gyro screens. Gyratory motion is the most effective method for screening. It causes 100% rotary motion and causes dispersion stirring and stratification of material to be shifted. Feed material constantly flows in horizontal motion along a loop pattern on vibro screen surface. Premium vibro screen provides optimum screening and assures maximum feed rate and efficiency. Vibro screen are driven by a special type of vertically mounted motor having eccentric weights at the upper and lower end of the shaft. Rotation of out of balance top weight causes vibration in horizontal plane whereas the rotation of lower weight causes tilt and vibrations in vertical plane. The heart of the vibro screen is its special heavy duty, robust motor, having out of balance weight at top and bottom. By changing their lead angle, various spiral-screening patterns are obtained to suit different applications. It finds application in food, and chemical densitry, pharmaceuticals, ceramics, plastics, abrasives, etc.
