| Veera brand pressure die-casting machines are offered by presswel industries. These die casting machines are provided in capacities from 80 tonne to 400 tonne. These die-casting machines have some technical features which include: are horizontal cold chamber pressure die casting machines, built to high quality standards; are put to stringent tests using modern testing devices to ensure increased productivity and high reliability during operation. Some of the special features which include: large adjustable clamping stroke; highly reliable, extremely rigid double toggle clamping mechanism; three stage injection for perfect compaction; accumulator for fast response; power saving with pressure matching hydraulic system; return line micronic filtration; provision for auto loading, auto extraction and auto spray on higher capacity machines as optional ,generous size heat exchanger to maintain temperature within limits; and simple and dependable electric relay logic for operation [microprocessor controlled logic with proportional, servo valves-optional];.
