Operating on the basisprinciple of active heat transfer, these heat pipes provideensure an extremely uniform distribution of heat along the entire length of the nozzle. This distribution of heat saves energy and reducesminimizes the effort neededrequired to control the temperature. Thanks to the extremely small diameter of the heat pipes, the injection machine nozzles are of veryextremely slender design and can be keptinserted a long way into the mould. The injection machine nozzles are suitable for the processing of all kinds of thermoplastics, containingincluding filled and reinforced plastics, in cases where the processing temperature does not go beyond exceed 320&176;c.
