• Add to Inquiry Basket | National electric company [nec] manufactures acoustic horns as an effective solution to prevent particulate build up and aid material flow within wide range of industries and process applications. These acoustic horns are useful wherever ash, dust, powders or granules are processed, generated, stored or transported with operation better than any other traditional methods. These cleaners are useful as a powerful solution to boilers, electrostatic precipitators, super-heaters, economizers, air heaters, ductwork, filters, id fans, spray dryers, horizontal and rotary drum vacuum dryers, mixers and blenders, etc. The nec acoustic horns consist of wave generator and amplifier made from ss 316 material. Some of the salient features of this nec acoustic horns include produce high-pressure acoustic energy with a fixed frequency band; amplify low frequency sound at high intensity for effective removal of unwanted particulate build up; and aid material flow. The working principle of these acoustic horns is powerful sound waves are produced when the short bursts of standard plant and the compressed air enter wave generator to force the only moving part, titanium or high grade material diaphragm to flex creating a powerful "base" sound wave. A range of different bell sections then transmits "base" tone sound wave into selected fundamental frequencies between 75-125 hz.
