| Jekson engineers manufactures hydraulic press brakes. These brakes are made as per the latest development in the field. Twin cylinders of 20 to 80 tonnes are mounted on the front of the machine and twin cylinders ranging above 80 to 300 tonnes capacity, are mounted on the rear side of the machine []. All these cylinders are synchronised by a torsion tube exerting the bending tonnage through linkages. The press brakes come in a range of 20 tonnes to 300 tonnes and in working lengths from 1,250 mm to 4,000 mm. The rigid welded steel structure is made to endure heavy socks of overload. All welding edges are equipped by machining to provide best weld joints. Three speed operations with bending at slow speed and fast ideal travels during approach and return speeds. The complete hydraulic system is placed between side columns. The components/equipments used in this hydraulic system are manufactured by internationally reputed manufacturers. The press brake is ideal for the manufacturing of textile machinery steel furniture, door frames, control panel and auto parts. The company also supplies std five way v block and punch, centralised lubrication system with hand pump, electric control panel with inch, single cycle auto and auto mode of operations, pair of foot switches, manual back gauge, fine stroke adjustments rod with limit switches. Other products of jekson are hydraulic shearing machines up to 1 mm to 25 mm capacity and special purpose hydraulic presses.
