| Diamond electronics manufactures automatic water level controller to execute automatic operation of motor pump set depending upon the water level in underground and overhead tanks. When the water level reaches below low-level electrode [lo sense] in overhead tanks, the unit switches on the motor pump set. Similarly when the water level falls below low-level electrode [lo sense] in the underground tank, it switches off the motor pump set. Thus dry run of pump set is avoided. When water level reaches up to high-level electrode [hi sense] in overhead thank, the unit switches off the motor pump set. These are offered in 3 models jp1, jp2 and jp3. Model jp1 is for 1 phase motor, 1 overhead tank and 1 underground tank. Model jp2 is for 1 or 3 phase motor, 4 overhead tanks and 1 underground tank. Model jp3 is for 3-phase motor, 16 overhead tanks and 1 underground tank or borewell. Model jp1 measures 145 x 100 x 70 mm, and weighs 1.2 kg. Model jp2 measures 160 x 160 x 70 mm, weighs 2.3 kg. Model jp3 measures 280 x 190 x 70 mm, weighs 3.5 kg. The instrument design is "anti splash" [hunting] to avoid frequent start/stop of the pump. These controllers are used for water handling system in industrial, institutional and residential premises.
